RIM Campus Ambassadors
About the Campus Ambassador Program
The Campus Ambassador program was created in 2004 to increase the presence of Research In Motion (RIM) on university and college campuses across Canada. Since its establishment, the program has grown from nine ambassadors to over twenty and we have recently celebrated having our 100th ambassador on campus.
Who are the Campus Ambassadors?
Campus Ambassadors are students who have completed a co-op or internship at RIM and are returning to campus for an academic term. An integral part of the recruitment process, our Ambassadors act as a resource for students on campus looking for information about employment opportunities at RIM and the opportunity to learn from someone with firsthand experience.
What Does a Campus Ambassador Do?
To assist students throughout the co-op and internship recruitment process, Campus Ambassadors may hold several events on campus. RIM Campus Ambassadors have also held workshops on writing an effective resume, the RIM online application process and interview skills to help students with the RIM recruitment process. Learn more about our activities on campus.
